"Dynamic Medical Solutions" came as the "natural" product after many years of accumulated medical experience in two totally different environments - the American Private Medical System and the Romanian both private and state run systems. Our Clinical experience gives us a different edge, that most other companies don`t have - we relate better to the doctor, his realistic needs, his problems.
Our Company`s philosophy is based on four pillars:
- BELIEVING in the products that we are promoting - we are focused JUST on Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Pain Medicine related products. Why? Because that is where our medical expertise took us for many years, we used all these products in our practice and we believe in them. We consider our products as vital for what many consider basic medical care and we are proud about that!
- We KNOW the local medical market. By comparing to what it should be, we identify the missing products, we prioritize them and develop our portfolio. It is a long list, but we have the patience and the dedication to help reach European Medical Standards.
- We have a strong culture of TRUST with our partners, build on transparency and communication with realistic expectations both short and long term. Likely the hardest thing for a foreign company is understanding our local business culture - we are the interface between the two and we provide stability and guaranty for a healthy business solution.
- We UNDERSTAND the unique complexities of our regional medical community - that is how we develop long term strategies. Likely the hardest thing - this time for us - because we are in an area that is developing fast and often chaotic, but that is why we named ourselves "Dynamic"!
